Our office is situated in Fonthill which is in the center of the Niagara Peninsula. We exercise professionalism in our work and do work on behalf of many insurance companies. We have a toll free number to assist long distance calls from insureds and companies, along with faxes and computerized systems. We carry mobile phones and pagers so that we can be contacted immediately.

We use the Insurance Courier Service for prompt delivery of reports and total losses are faxed to adjusters immediately upon completion.

Reports include the computerized appraisal along with photos and a covering letter detailing our report, total loss reports if applicable, dealer values, Internet comparison, Autosource reports detailing options and equipment as confirmed by serial numbers and ACV reports.

The office is well equipped with the latest technology including ADP and Autosource computerized evaluation system which is widely used in the industry. The office also uses the Mitchell Truckest for medium and heavy truck estimating. We are also equipped with laptop computers.

We have experience in completing appraisals in the United States and making necessary arrangements with brokers at International Bridges.

We specialize in mechanical teardowns, stolen and recovered vehicles, suspicious claims and fire related losses along with the experience of giving court testimony on many occasions with a high rate of success.

Facilities are available at our premises to receive a burnt vehicle or mechanically failed vehicle to be dismantled and inspected to find the exact cause of fire or mechanical failure.

After years in the industry we have excellent connections with the local laboratory where we can have oil, filter and gas samples diagnosed to find the exact amount of contamination, if any. We have also gathered an excellent network of support in the industry to diagnose and confirm previous mechanical damages, etc.
