Terms of Service

• Any dissemination or use of claim information by any person other than the intended recipient(s) is unauthorized.
• Work requested by an adjuster, third-party adjuster, or any other party, please note that payment for services will be the responsibility of the requesting adjuster / person and or adjusting / Insurance company.
• All correspondence between the parties will include the Action Appraisal assigned claim number.
